Definition of: ConformityEdit
Conformity is a term used politically for those who are defect to a totalitarian and informer regime. Authoritarian governments expect that their citizens conform to a lifestyle that they may wish or not that benefits the state as a form of distraction but high level of support towards the state. Confomity just means 'obey' by the norms and principles put in place by the authority that orchastrates it. Extreme conformation can usually mean someone is a loyalist of the regime or entirely brainwashed. Brainwashing occurs during indoctrination (see Propaganda).
